Others have served as executors of estates with substantial real estate holdings. We also provide legal services and business assistance to entrepreneurial clients requiring outside investors in diverse real estate ventures. As a result of this experience, our ability to service our clients' needs is enhanced enormously. We represent sponsors of new and converted condominium and cooperative properties, both residential and commercial. We have extensive experience in preparing and filing offering plans with the office of the New York State Attorney General and we represent boards of condominiums, cooperatives and homeowners' associations. We prepared and filed one of the first life care services offering plans, providing housing for the elderly. We also employ our real estate talents for the benefit of clients who are buying, refinancing or selling personal residences. |
