ROBERT KENNEY

Robert Kenney enhances the firm’s litigation department. Rob has handled a variety of complex matters in state and federal court, various dispute resolution organizations and appellate courts around the country. Rob has an established practice in commercial litigation with an emphasis on contract disputes, intellectual property, international law and telecommunications law. He is a frequent lecturer, has written several published articles and case notes, and is a member of the American, New York, and Irish American Bar Associations. Rob also sits on a New York State Bar Association Federal and Commercial Section committee, and has worked with the H.E.L.P. and Sanctuary for Families pro bono organizations.

Rob served as a trial attorney in the United States Marine Corps, and thereafter developed his practice at two litigation boutiques and a large, full-service, international law firm.
