Practice Areas: litigation
Mr. Smith became associated with the firm in June of 2007 in our litigation department. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at a New York City litigation firm.
Mr. Smith handles complex product liability defense and mass tort defense, as well as commercial litigation.
Mr. Smith is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
