Practice Areas: commercial and residential real estate – commercial law

Mr. Osborne became associated with the firm in April 2007 in our real estate department. He primarily handles real estate transactions, including commercial lending, leasing, purchasing and selling properties, and cooperative and condominium offerings.

Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with a New York general practice firm, primarily representing lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Osborne is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Urban Land Institute.
