Practice Areas: commercial real estate | commercial litigation Ms. Frank became associated with the firm in April 2006. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at a boutique litigation firm in Manhattan. At Hofheimer, Ms. Frank has participated in commercial lawsuits and has negotiated and documented lease acquisitions for a major retail tenant. While in law school, Ms. Frank was a staff member on the Emory Law Journal, and wrote Malpractice Insurance Rate Deregulation: Ending the Cries of the “Crisis.” Ms. Frank is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. |
